openEyA v0.2.9 -Easy Install …

We are pleased to announce a new release of the automated
recording system: “openEyA” under free Ubuntu 8.10 Linux.
The new release 0.2.9 (20 April 2009) is now “Easy to Install”
by a simple mouse click on the openeya-installer_0.2.9
NOTE ADDED: After you run the installer, pls do change the executable permissions of the “openeya-installer_0.2.9″ and the ownweship of the directory “/opt/openeya” (being root): chowm <username>:<username> -R /opt/openeya
openEyA can be downloaded for educational purposes.
The project’s goal is to automate as much as possible the
production and post-production processes of academic webcasting in order to reduce costs.
